Relevant projects:- Definition of the Digital Transformation strategy for a Spanish bank- Operational and organizational analysis of a financial institution to detect potential capacity to improve profitability and productivity- Process re-engineering (main assignments: client's adoption and formalization of asset products for business clients)- Analysis and definition of the core processes, governance model and SLA performance metrics of the Software Asset Management service of an international insurance company- Definition of the balanced scorecard for the CIO of a public sector enterprise

Internship at the logistics department of the Engine Factory located in Valladolid:- Designed and developed a system to control the productivity of the logistics workers- Participated in the data gathering and preparation of the Lean Manufacturing seminar- Managed information systems (GPI, Signe Ordo, BO) related to logistics- Combined full time job commitment with full time studies
