About Dave Benson
Friends, family & colleagues,As many of you know, I bought a home improvement franchise just slightly over two years ago. Well, what I discovered is as good as I've been at transportation management, it didn't translate to this industry. So I'm closing this chapter and am eager to get back to doing what I'm best at, transportation management. I'm currently looking for a landing spot; a company that needs someone with my history of success to run their transportation/logistics operation. So, friends, family & colleagues, keep your ears open for me and let me know if you know of an opportunity. And of course, feel free to recommend me. My kids are now grown, so I can deploy to support the DoD/DoS, or other worldwide deployed projects.Let's get Dave back in the game.

Commercial Truck Driver
After years of never being considered for management positions with trucking companies even though I've contracted trucking for years, I discovered it was because I had never actually worked for a trucking company. Well, I'm checking that box. I got my CDL, and will drive OTR for six months to a year, then most likely transition back into a management role.
