Responsible directing and executing all design, development, deployment, maintenance and management of internal and external web applications in a controlled FDA regulated environment. Accomplishments: -Key developer and instrumental lead on developing and deploying Donor Id which is the first paperless donation process. -Using website analytics was able to show Sr. management where Donors go and what they are doing on the websites. This was then used to redesign corporate and blood center websites around what the Donor is after vs. what the corporation feels they need/want.-Directed, architected and implemented, the migration of over 12 FDA regulated paper form training applications into an online portal for needed testing including online videos, online examinations and backend reporting for Sr. Mangers as well as FDA. This eliminated over 15 hours of manual training, processing, and record keeping per employee.-Architected and implemented a process for securing all domains and ssl certifications needed for the organization.

Accomplishments: -2007 Big Idea Award winner for Media Hub Application-2007 Big Idea Award winner for Media Make goods ApplicationExperience:-Performing a needs requirement, proof of concept, design and implementation of a media based web application that significantly reduced man hours (160-173 hrs to less than 6 hours) and materials (8-10 sheets per station needing redone up to 5 times) and employee frustration and stress (no one else left the media team from this issue; previously they had lost 4 people), for station approval process. Implementing a web based media application for make goods that was the first of its kind and two years ahead of the major media application companies. -Designing, developing and building the agency’s service plan application to effectively gather and maintain service plan information for client service and reporting. This application eliminated multiple copies of this information in a very cumbersome and difficult to use and understand excel application. It streamlined gathering and warehousing the service plan information into a single point for effective and efficient reporting. -Responsible for analyzing and redeveloping the corporate employee utilization application to include cross office hours that were not previously reported. -Designing and deploying corporate web based ftp portal that replaced a traditional ftp server & application. This portal provides a better overall user experience because it was easier to use, to understand and had a better outward facing persona for the agency over a traditional ftp server. Usage of ftp over mailing disks dropped by 95% and the cost savings was as significant. Clients prefer this new method of file transfer, over any other means of file transfer.
