Implementing a web based media application for make goods that was the first of its kind and two years ahead of the major media application companies. -Designing, developing and building the agency’s service plan application to effectively gather and maintain service plan information for client service and reporting. This application eliminated multiple copies of this information in a very cumbersome and difficult to use and understand excel application. It streamlined gathering and warehousing the service plan information into a single point for effective and efficient reporting. -Responsible for analyzing and redeveloping the corporate employee utilization application to include cross office hours that were not previously reported. -Designing and deploying corporate web based ftp portal that replaced a traditional ftp server & application. This portal provides a better overall user experience because it was easier to use, to understand and had a better outward facing persona for the agency over a traditional ftp server. Usage of ftp over mailing disks dropped by 95% and the cost savings was as significant. Clients prefer this new method of file transfer, over any other means of file transfer.
