I joined this organization to ensure the security of government networks at Wright Patterson Air Force Base located in Dayton, Ohio. During this time I led a cyber team, created new processes, and developed applications for improving operational delays. In addition, I managed projects and developed cutting edge technologies that enhanced war fighter competencies.• Moved projects forward when serving as cyber team representative during discussions with government leaders.

I was promoted internally to guide two separate compliance teams (50 employees) as the digital team compliance lead for highly secure military operations. Charged with writing queries for both compliance teams, created new audit reporting, and developed inventory accountability dashboards using tools such as Splunk and Nessus. • Recognized by Pentagon for achieving the best performance scores in recent history by leveraging Six Sigma and Agile development methodologies.

I was brought in to the company to manage complex projects and coordinate large scale solutions. I implemented new reporting solutions and built a team data warehouse to drive business intelligence forward. I was chosen quickly after being hired to serve as the project manager of the team as well as the entire department supporting IT for a $2B annual revenue program.• Improved efficiencies and restructured team using Agile methodologies as well as product vs. project initiatives.• Chosen by finance director to manage and monitor multimillion-dollar budget.

It was at this time in my career that I secured an opportunity to serve as a member of this IT team and assist with the migration to a new HR system, UtliPro. Using SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, Cognos, and multiple APIs, we performed vital report modifications and ETL development projects. We also architected a data warehouse model for migration to an all new ERP solution.

I embraced this career opportunity to write and invent intuitive applications while leading the team in writing code for the redesign and implementation of a new help site. During my tenure with Promevo, I perfected data migrations using external applications, monitored multiple Google APIs to ensure minimal downtime, and developed sales and marketing reports for company leadership utilization.

Help with process development and as well as some general help desk work.Detailed Description While at the Shepherd Color Company I have been tasked with multiple things. It started as a cooperative learning program position but ended up more like a full time position, as I was asked to stick around during the school semesters. While there I have accomplished many things. My first year I took up learning SSIS a program I was unfamiliar with in order to help troubleshoot some of the work we were doing with the company's internal data. I also organized a training session for a few users of a tool called Atlas by Globe that pulls reports out of our new ERP we are migrating to, Dynamics AX. A large portion of my day consisted of working with much of the company's upper management in order to develop solutions to reporting needs. I used what I learned of SSIS to give one of the smaller of the three companies we owned their Sales OLAP cube. This combined data out of Dynamics CRM, legacy systems, and our newest ERP Dynamics AX. I also ended up becoming the company's go to Atlas technician after not having any additional training. Along with this I also developed a new user interface with some html, css, and javascript, for the Zendesk web portal we have internally. Also while there I took a role in redesigning the help desk process and approval ratings are now at 99%. More recently I have gotten into designing the OLAP cubes for the largest of the three companies we own, also known as, the Shepherd Color Company. I have been using a tool which uses SSIS in the background called Halo BI in order to develop all types of reports. I also solely designed a training course for the web based front end called Halo Prism and am about to teach users at two of the companies how to use it.
