David Bergheim is a Chief Strategy Officer at Wordsmithie. He possess expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, leadership, program management, higher education and 27 more skills. Working with a group of volunteers is delicate work. To get useful work from this sometimes unruly body, David could not really direct the group, but rather cajole, flatter, hint, and suggest in order to align the university's needs with the motivations of the participants. He did this with subtlety and skill, getting the most out of this talented but heterogeneous group on behalf of the school during a time of great change within the university.
