Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital as a Principal in the Operations Group, I consulted with Bain and Arthur Andersen for over a decade and led Strategy at Outerwall. I am passionate about making companies better, faster, stronger and more competitive. That means linking sound strategic decision-making with hands-on execution to drive bottom-line results in industries as diverse as retail, consumer goods, packaging, food services, healthcare, tech, telecoms, finance, aerospace, natural resources & private equity. It also requires the flexibility to deploy a range of capabilities, including portfolio strategy, growth strategy, commercial excellence, pricing, org design, operations improvement, procurement, outsourcing, technology and diligence.It’s equally important to me to follow my “True North” in doing what’s right for the business. When you let the facts drive your insights, you always make better decisions.As a Principal in the Operations Group with Pritzker Private Capital, my role is to collaborate closely with fund and company executives on corporate strategy, long-term planning, market diligence, operations improvement and other consulting activities across a diverse group of companies in the Manufacturing and Services sectors.In my prior role at Outerwall (Redbox/Coinstar), I built a world class Strategy team, led Int'l Development and was a trusted advisor to the C-Suite. At Bain, I delivered higher growth, margins and long-term value for B2C and B2B clients in Chicago, London, Melbourne, Madrid, Sydney and Frankfurt. Today I live in Chicago's West Loop. When I'm not exploring the local restaurants, you can find me traveling, snowboarding, scuba diving or otherwise trying to work off the delicious local fare.
