In over 20 years of practicing law I have focused on listening to, and working with, my clients to assess their needs and goals. With that knowledge, I am then equipped to achieve success for my clients. That process has allowed me to work with interesting people and, most importantly, add value.I am a father of four, and have been married for over 20 years to my wife, Julie. I enjoy being active with my kids and have assisted in coaching little league baseball, softball, and football teams. I enjoy bicycle riding, golf and just about anything that gets me moving.Specialties: I assist a number of businesses in their counseling and litigation needs. My clients include banks, companies and individuals. I have helped a number of businesses get their start, and have assisted with other business-related concerns. I also assist clients with litigation matters ranging from minor contract issues to multimillion dollar business disputes. I frequently appear in state and federal trial courts. I have also assisted both fruit and vegetable growers, sellers and banks in cases involving the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.
