With over 28 years of experience in the Real Estate and Residential Mortgage fields, I have assisted individuals and family's with obtaining the "American Dream" of homeownership. While my career is in Residential Lending and Residential Real Estate I spend a part of my free time with Affordable Housing causes that work with people at all stages of their life. Some of the groups I have been involved with are: Wilmington Interfaith Hospitality Network, WARM, Phoenix Employment Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, Partners for Affordable Housing and currently sit on the Board of Directors of HOMES4NC, a non-profit public charity working to increase safe, decent and affordable housing for all North Carolinians, created by the North Carolina Association of Realtors. I also sit on the Executive Board of the local Boy Scouts of America - Cape Fear Council.When I can truly be by myself I enjoy time with my family, running with friends as well as a competitive 5K or 10K - I am ready to take you on.
