Prior to LARC, David Fox was the Chief Commercial Officer & Chief Development Officer at Criteo, where he was responsible for shaping and executing upon Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform strategy across 100+ global markets, 22000 retail customers, global supply of 6000 publishers, and 250+ Strategic Partnerships with approximately ~1500 Team members generating $2.25B+ in annual top line revenue. While at Criteo, he has:1. Led Criteo’s turnaround and transformation from a declining growth trajectory to double digit year over year growth over the past two years. 2. Directed all aspects of the pivotal commercial strategy behind Criteo’s New solutions growth (51% year over year), 1st Party Media Network, and streamlined Operations management.3. Stewarded a number of Criteo’s most high profile initiatives, including the creation of Criteo’s world class global Customer Advisory Board. 4. Led the effort behind Criteo’s groundbreaking New Ventures in Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC’s), Secure Private Computing in clean room technology, and Micro Payments. 5. As Chief Development Officer, oversaw the execution of several M&A transactions: Gradient, Mabaya, and the largest transaction in the history of the company, IPONWeb - $385M. David is a featured speaker and thought leader on sales, operations, turn arounds, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, M&A, and high-impact leadership having guest lectured at Santa Clara University Leavy School of Business over the past 20 years.
