Evaluated, purchased, and implemented Numera’s IT help desk software, integrating all corporate systems and databases to provide enterprise-level inventory and trouble ticketing. Led IT effort to relocate testing laboratories for infectious disease, histocompatibility, and microbiology, maintaining 100% data integrity and getting all systems online in just 12 hours. As founder of a research consulting firm, implemented a successful business model animated by free media strategies.
