Developed and implemented the business plan for the Specialized Asset Backed Risks ("SABRs") product and business platform, leading a cross-functional team of insurance and capital markets professionals. Originated and structured complex asset-backed transactions utilizing customized insurance and capital markets solutions. Joint venture between Charles Koppelman and Prudential Securities. Originated, structured, underwrote and marketed privately-issued ABS securities secured by intellectual property assets. Developed best practices for the execution of intellectual property transactions, working with institutional investors, credit enhancement providers and ratings agencies. Provided strategic advice to owners of intellectual property under exclusive corporate finance, restructuring and M&A advisory mandates. Completed CFA Level I & Level II exams.
