• Served as a core team member in two successful CMMI Level 3 appraisals (2015 & 2018) • DoD OEMS (Operational Energy Management System) - Designed and developed the architecture for a grant management system used by DoD’s Operational Energy office to fund energy innovation that will improve DoD’s operational effectiveness via targeted investment aligned with DoD’s energy strategy. Developed and iterated on detailed sets of user interface mockups for the new management system. • DoD SEMS (SERDP ESTCP Management System) - Lead all user interface development, including mockups, client demos, and user guides. Developed reusable interfaces for large-scale file storage using Azure Blob and email delivery through the SendGrid API. Contributed to a large data import from the previous management system. Implemented real-time chat using SignalR websockets. • DoD (Sea Level Rise) - Worked with a team of scientists from DoD, NOAA & USACE to develop an online web application and API to provide regionalized sea level and extreme water level scenarios for three future time horizons (2035, 2065, and 2100) for 1,774 military sites worldwide. Implemented full CAC authentication.• GSA SFTool (Sustainable Facilities Tool) - Overhauled SFTool’s Homepage and Main Menu to improve UX and navigation of the vast content hosted on the app. Lead UI/UX design and development of FEDSAT, an online assessment module for federal facility managers. Implemented a REST based API for SFTool content and green procurement data. • Other activities include, mentoring summer interns and junior developers since 2015, being an active member of the government blockchain group (Reston chapter), becoming an SME on using the Angular framework to engineer complex single page apps through online training and prototyping using industry proven design patterns.

Worked as a web applications Developer and hardware maintenance specialist. Developed and integrated custom tracking system module for an existing help desk application that tracks employee activity. The application generated dashboards and KPI's and was developed using Visual Basic with ASP.Net Web Forms. Worked on a project to test and mitigate application bugs in custom ERP software. This involved refactoring existing code to allow for unit and integration testing. Daily O&M tasks include interacting with employees and management to gather development requirements for new software functionality required to increase worker productivity. Tasks also included performing patching and resolving both hardware and software incidents on workstations remotely for multiple client site locations.
