As Senior Vice President at MLG Capital I focus on our operations primarily within the investor operations, capital sourcing, corporate data/technologies, Social Impact and company marketing related to our objectives. I sit on our Operations, MLG Cares, Making a Difference and other committees focused on doing good in our community and continual improvements to our organization. MLG Capital operates via a series of diversified funds, a property contribution evergreen fund, 1031’s and separately managed accounts. Since inception our firm has invested into over $6.8 Billion of assets (sold assets and value of current holdings), across over 39,900 apartment units and commercial properties. These figures are as of 3/31/24.I enjoy golf (I’m not that great, so no laughing, but I love a good round!), baseball (can the Brewers win a pennant in my lifetime?) and spending time with my wife, young son and young daughter. As a Type 1 diabetic for the last 25+ years, I am a supporter of the American Diabetes Association and JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). I’m also passionate about Children’s Wisconsin, Make A Wish - Wisconsin, St. Augustine Prep and many others orgs dedicated to children, poverty, diabetes and helping kids realize their true potential. I am a dog lover (I’ve adopted two hound puppies from WAR - Wilson Animal Rescue - in Memphis, TN), coffee connoisseur (love me a pour-over), anything CA Cabernet kinda guy, traveler and Wisconsin sports team die-hard.
