I have 9 years' experience working with ORACLE Databases. I was promoted from Data Analyst to Software Engineer 1 in March, 2014. For eight of those years, I updated a TIBCO Master data Management database using Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes. For the last year I updated Master Data using Salesforce CRM Software with ETL. My primary duty at Rent A Center was to maintain a store database, with more than 250 fields for over 4500 stores. The store data has such information as addresses (including latitude and longitude), phone numbers, manager names, and ACH and Merchant ID information. To maintain all this data and ensure accuracy, I utilized several ETL tools such as SQL Developer, SAS 9.4 for Windows, other databases, emails, and spreadsheets (using at times VBA for Excel) to the proposed updates. I have written and periodically executed various quality control queries to ensure accuracy. I developed a report that combined information from Salesforce into a daily report distributed to top management. I was furloughed March 26 after 9 years with RAC, due to a merger with another company and during the pandemic. I Started at Rent A Center loading store data for over 4500 stores into a TIBCO Master Data Management System from emails and spreadsheets. Progressed to analyzing the data for accuracy by comparing said data to other databases using various tools. I was instrumental in correcting bad addresses for thousands of stores in the database. I wrote a report in SQL DEVELOPER that combined data from over 20 tables into one report that showed over 250 fields for each store and included alignments of the stores to districts, regions, and SVP's. I was promoted to position of Software Engineer 1.

I was an Independent Contractor working for VisionIt. My position was as a SAS DATA INFORMATION ANALYST. I used various products including but not limited to SAS for Windows version 9.1.3, Teradata 13.0, Teradata SQL assistant 13.0, Microsoft SQL Server Query Analyzer, Crystal Reports 2008, SAS Management Console 9.1 and Platform Process Manager 3.0.

This showed whether credits and debits were in balance prior to running the nightly cycle. If credits/debits were out of balance the nightly cycle would abend.
