Passion - Ability to Improvise - Always Creating Opportunities - Follow Through to Completion - Own it My passion has always been to create. If it wasn't developing one of the dozen's of recipes like the Mexican Chicken Corn Saute for my Pro Catering business, (1994-1997), it was creating Whipsey, one of many voice over characters I created for National Network Animation TV shows and Voice Branding Network National TV Commercials (1995-2015). If that wasn't enough, with all my restaurant experience, I had an idea in 1997 for a new product and process in the food industry that I knew was definitely needed. Took that idea, worked hard to learn the invention arena and was awarded a Patent for QuickDraw Disposable Glove Dispenser in 1999. And from 2001 to present, have successfully navigated in the world of real estate which has eventually lead me to career as a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country, Los Angeles, CA. With all this experience under my belt, I've come to realize that developing and creating is what I excel in. Bringing a new product to the marketplace is where I belong. One of the keys is to manage the "people, product and process." The skill to manage is one of the many talents I've worked hard to sharpen successfully. All the managerial steps between inception and the launch of a product is what builds the foundation for success. With a few new product development projects that are currently in the pipeline, I am extremely excited to get back to my roots and pursue my passion to create & develop new products.It's never too late to dig into what you are passionate about. Doors don't open on their own. I've never been afraid to fail. Before I knock, l let myself feel the knees shake a bit; the voice crack a bit; the collar get tight a bit. It's a good thing because once the door shows an opening, that's when all those nerves go away and the magic happens.Dave B.
