Reestablished performance to corporate standards by guiding managers and line employees to perform at a higher level. Within six months growth showed significant signs of turnaround; in one year the outlet achieved standards for back-of-house operations, exceeding both sales and operating income targets. The location reached the top tier of outlets in terms of growth, and achieved number one in sales over prior year for all of the first quarter of 2013.

Operations manager for the National Press Club, a fast-paced private-public institution with more than 3,000 members and a conference facility handling 2,000+ events and conferences per year. Responsible for the daily and long-term operations of the conference facilities, two restaurants, a 60,000 square foot physical plant, and the execution of $6 million in sales. Managed a team of 12 managers and staff and more than 50 line employees.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHTProposed, developed, and managed budgets for food, beverage, maintenance, payroll, IT and capital expenditures. Established sales and cost targets through analysis of current year results and layering in pricing, product mix and other structural assumptions.
