With 35+ years of experience in the field of taxation, my expertise covers a broad range of industry segments, having extensive experience in advising domestic and foreign, listed and unlisted clients; in assisting clients in merger and acquisition transactions – particularly in relation to due diligence; in structuring (both domestic and cross-border) transactions; Initial Public Offerings (IPOs); tax losses; thin capitalisation; preferred debt/equity financing structures; tax consolidations and Tax Audit management. I assist clients across the broad spectrum of taxation matters from Tax Advisory through to Compliance.
