It also provides Combat Service Support for the 39th Canadian Brigade Group, which covers all of BC. In addition to providing senior level ILS input for unit activities notable achievements included: the production of new a new Unit Self Recovery Plan (USRP that details emergency response activities in case of earthquake disaster); an Operations Plan (similar to Business Plan) , and conducting an optimization study of support provided to lower mainland dependencies. Spent three months seconded to National Defence Headquarters to deal with issues arising with implementation of Laser, Ionizing Radiation, Radio Frequency Safety Programs. Assigned since September 2014 to lead the team that coordinates the move of those units located at Jericho Base to the new Vancouver Garrison near Granville Island, Vancouver. Commanded a team of fifty that were comprised of Regular Force, Reservists and Public Service Members in one Center and one Detachment. Instituted an aggressive advertising and attraction campaign to interest applicants in under-subscribed CF technical occupations that was so effective reception staffing levels needed augmentation.

As PM for omnibus project Clothe the Soldier successfully brought the project through the official approval process to re-scope from $287M to $375M, consulting Treasury Board Secretariat and presenting at DND Program Management Board.
