With the mission of reducing costs and increasing transparency within employee benefit health plans around the country, Vitori offers a Fair Market Payment method of medical claims reimbursements and a member-centric pharmacy model. Built and led a national team of client-focused business development professionals to educate brokers and employers of all sizes about this "alternative reimbursement" health platform. Vitori sought to educate and empower members to find the best-valued care at any provider in the country.

In order to provide better and more tailored support to OneDigital's largest and most complex clients across our footprint, I built a framework for the first-ever National Accounts team at the firm. For OneDigital's largest employers, it was evident that they were inconsistently supported, and the creation of the National Accounts platform and management team enhanced the resources, the skill sets and the consistency of all aspects of the client relationship. The team increased customer satisfaction and client retention significantly within the first six months of its creation by focusing almost exclusively on the client experience.

As the leader of all client services teams and deliverables across the full Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland to Tennessee), my focus was on identifying ways to improve support and ultimately improve our clients' experiences to retain their business in perpetuity. Highlighted ways to increase customer satisfaction by focusing on key metrics and relationships, and in enhancing the training and professional development of the staff and consultants across the region. Engaged in many accounts directly and many more indirectly.

With the goal of providing a better experience to the countless individual buyers of health insurance at the outset of "Obamacare," I founded, funded and ran a $1.2M web-agency built around an algorithmic decision-support platform across 36 states. Ultimately executed a successful merger with a regional competitor, and I am proud of the brand remaining in the market today.

As a Benefit Consultant focused on supporting mid-market clients in central-Virginia, I was able to build relationships and ultimately a book of business consisting of over 40 employers around the region. My attention to their needs and the evolution of the industry itself resulted in a client satisfaction rate much higher than the norm, and thus a client retention rate over 98%.

Responsible for maintaining and expanding the business for an existing block of 52 clients ranging from 100 – 1,500 employees in size, in addition to managing a support team.
