Built and led a national team of client-focused business development professionals to educate brokers and employers of all sizes about this "alternative reimbursement" health platform. Vitori sought to educate and empower members to find the best-valued care at any provider in the country.

For OneDigital's largest employers, it was evident that they were inconsistently supported, and the creation of the National Accounts platform and management team enhanced the resources, the skill sets and the consistency of all aspects of the client relationship. The team increased customer satisfaction and client retention significantly within the first six months of its creation by focusing almost exclusively on the client experience.
