I am delivering engaging online synchronous modules to a diverse group of learners and guide them in their asynchronous (independent learning) modules. My goal is to provide technical understanding paired with the interpersonal skills and personal fortitude encapsulated in Generation's Behavioral Skills and Mindsets, and inspire our learners to pursue excellence. In addition, I partner with an experienced team of Teaching Assistants and Instructors to deliver high quality, personalized learning experience for participants, as well as administer, grade, and provide feedback on weekly assessments.

I served as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing merchandise for one of New Orleans' most renown fine jewelers. I worked to refine their large database of merchandise to improve accuracy and consistency so that the sales team could quickly find the right piece for their customers and provide them the most comprehensive information for appraisal. By maintaining detailed chain-of-custody documents for each high-end jewelry item received, I ensured strong loss prevention controls were in place. I also revamped and streamlined the shipping procedures to decrease errors and reduce costs.

As the assistant buyer for two retail locations, I ensured merchandise was on the shelves for the largest recreational cooking school in the United States. With a database of over 1000 active skus from over 100 different vendors, I worked to improve data accuracy, participated in store inventories, and developed purchasing plans to focus on fast movers and increase sales opportunities. I cultivated strong relationships with our vendors, and served as an educator for our staff regarding the products we carried.As a wine buyer, I ensured our selection of beer and wine was available for retail sale, classes and private events, and provided suggestions for clients with specific requests.
