CurrentAccountable for short- and long-term planning, developing goals, objectives, and strategic plans to ensure safe, secure, and timely product workflow through a 370,000 square foot Logistics Center with a staff of 70+ people.• Promote Safety – Responsible for developing a Safety Awareness Culture driven to achieve 0.0 Total Recordable Incident Rate.• P&L Ownership – Manage budgets for building and clients with a 14% actual to budget contribution margin target.• Account Management – Create solid client partnerships through open dialogue and exceeding customer expectations on service and production standards.• Productivity – Drive workflow efficiency to perform under Direct Labor Cost Per Pallet target. Coach operators through Work-Withs and Touchbases to identify and execute on labor management opportunities. • Collaboration – Partner with Engineering and Optimization Departments to reduce travel time and improve pick line sequencing for continuous improvement on Units Per Hour measurements.• Talent Management – Work with Human Resources and staffing agencies to build an environment focused on employee engagement driving a high 90-Day retention rate.• Maintain Logistics Center to comply with the American Institute of Baking standards.
