As the US Training Manager the key objectives of my role include:• Design and delivery of industry leading systems & sales training programs to new and existing employees at all levels across Hays US.• Developing a team of Systems Experts to further develop skills and knowledge to support a high performance culture and deliver industry leading training• Managing the development of systems & sales training content for all areas of expertise within the US• Working with global stakeholders to align and optimize the induction program for new starters to further enhance consistency of skill level, buy-in and engagement across the business• Driving LinkedIn and social media training initiatives to ensure consistent messages are delivered to the businessHays training is regarded as industry-leading and is developed in-house by the Global HR & Training Team. We all possess previous recruitment experience and have demonstrated success in our respective fields which means our training is results focused, commercial in its application and in touch with Operations.
