Analyzing competition within the industry, including industry publications, trade shows and websites. Hiring and training DOTmed's advertising sales staff; building a team by recruiting on sites like Indeed.com and Linkedin, placing job ads and conducting phone and in person interviews.Creating compensation plan for advertising sales department including salary, commission and bonus structure.
