Led operations of both The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach. The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is a Five Diamond, 249-room oceanfront resort and private club. Established in 1928, the property consists of 300 acres and offers golf (36 holes), tennis (15 HarTru courts), full service spa (30k sf), oceanfront fitness center (15k sf), conference center (30k sf) and dining outlets (8).The Lodge & Club is a Four Diamond, 66-room oceanfront resort and private club. Built in 1989, the Lodge features 3 dining outlets, oceanfront function space (13k sf), a fitness center (8k sf) with family/fitness pool and an oceanfront pool.My two years as General Manager were very rewarding with many accomplishments, such as:Operational key measures were improved in occupancy, ADR, total memberships and EBIT.As the economy improved, project management was a main focus with multimillion dollar enhancements completed in areas such as guestrooms, restaurants, pools and common areas.Organizational development factors were strengthened through transitioning departments, creating new positions and making key department head acquisitions.Sustained success through reputation management, member/guest satisfaction scores and industry ratings.Supported a high performing staff of 700+ providing exceptional service and the best of facilities.
