Visionary and leader for the transition from a legacy data center in a multi-use high-rise environment to a highly available, secure modern Tier IV data center. Oversaw the development of requirements, the build/commissioning phase, the design and implementation of all aspects of startup and ongoing operations.High-volume Print and Mail operation at BCBSFL. Unified, modernized and automated the print and mail functions at BCBSFL into a highly-efficient capability that is leveraged to add profitable income to its traditional internal expense structure.
