Notable accomplishments include streamlining the onboarding process from up to 2 days to 15 minutes, enhancing the Shipment Schedules experience resulting in a 5.8% growth in the CSAT score to reach 83.5% in 2022, and improving the Customs App UI, leading to a 98% on-time performance for Customs Clearances.Key achievements include the redesign of the Client App, using a jobs-to-be-done framework in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
