Upon moving into the financial services industry with HSBC took on progressive senior roles within the Finance and Credit functions. When business transformation programs like Lean Sigma were being introduced played a lead role in their development. Over the last 10 years served in global transformation leadership positions for quality, productivity, efficiency and innovation initiatives within HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS and BNY Mellon. More recently returned to senior roles in program management currently heading Workplace Strategy at BNY Mellon. An award winning professional in the field of process improvement, recipient of multiple prestigious national/global awards.
