I am a professional with more than 15 years of working experience implementing quality, information security, and environmental management systems in national and international organisations, according to the standards ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001. Strongly focused on the processes management and improvement projects development, my experience and knowledge help the organisations I work for to ensure the proper definition of internal processes and synergies to achieve the companies’ goals, as well as customers’ satisfaction. As part of the role I play within the organisations, the implementation of the adequate monitoring tools is one of my main duties, being a specialist in developing systems such as risk management frameworks, non-conformities and complaints handling, corrective and preventive actions proposals, measure of customers’ satisfaction, definition and establishment of balance score cards, dashboards and key performance indicators. Tools that allow companies to monitor their performance, results, objectives’ achievement, and avoid undesirable deviations.Helping companies in the way of continuous improvement, I am used to work according to the EFQM Excellence Model as well, assisting companies to stay aligned with their strategic objectives, improve their processes and activities, and comply with the stakeholders requirements.I have excellent organisational skills, great sense of responsibility and I am very used to work leading work teams. In companies, I maintain effective working relationships as well as I am capable of working independently. I am very detailed-focused and I have proven experience working with large amounts of information and data.
