I also specialize in infrastructure planning and the implementation of advanced technologies, such as PMS, CRM, and other hotel management systems.

From defining technological needs to managing software and hardware suppliers, I help hotels streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction. 1. Global Operations Manager: Extensive experience in various management roles, including Product Manager, Account Manager, International Sales Manager, VP of Marketing, and CEO of Silverbyte Systems. Silverbyte’s products manage over 90% of hotels in Israel and serve more than 2,000 properties across 30+ countries. Silverbyte was acquired by Priority Software in early 2023.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Responsible for budgeting, managing, and increasing international revenue (sales and service), achieving budget targets, driving sales to new and existing hotel clients, pricing, negotiating, and closing deals.

3. Business Development: Expertise in identifying and developing business partnerships in new countries, forming partnership agreements, training partners to operate independently.

4. Client and Partner Management: Managing all international clients and partners, including product pricing and sales, invoicing and collecting, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations, training, and handling service and business development to enhance sales in their territories. Leading international customer service teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating all operational activities.

Lecturer in the Bachelor's program for Tourism and Hotel Management, specializing in advanced technologies for managing hotels and hospitality venues. I provided students with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in the hospitality industry, whether in key roles within hotel companies, tech firms specializing in tourism, or pursuing independent entrepreneurial ventures.

My course included workshops on implementing innovative technologies in hotel management, operations, and marketing. Through a mix of lectures, practical workshops, exercises, and student-led research, I prepared my students to work effectively in a technology-driven environment and to advance the future of tourism and hospitality management.
