Guided the development and architecture of Delivery Engine (DE), a Continuous Delivery system supporting Volvos 400 developers. Delivery Engine orchestrates the build, test, deploy and configuration/supervision of multiple development, QA and production environments and is crucial for Volvo Group Connected Solutions delivery model. Delivery Engine is heavily based on Infrastructure as Code allowing the developers to define their infrastructure programmatically in a concise and reproducible way.With a rather large AWS footprint, Volvo worked in close cooperation with AWS to reduce the cost and lead-time thereby increasing efficiency for our development teams. This often meant that Volvo would be the first or even beta-users of new AWS functionality.The Delivery Engine team also worked in close corporation with the internal platform team. By creating a base platform for all telematic components common functionality such as dependency management, logging, metrics, central configuration, code quality, health checks, database management and more could be streamlined and provided as a support function to all developers.Technologies used: AWS CloudFormation, AWS EC2, DSL, Packer, Java 11, Java Streams, Groovy, YAML, Spring Boot, Zipkin, Micrometer

Volvo choose to use Amazon Web Services as a strategic partner to implement a hybrid Cloud. Responsible for the runtime infrastructure of CareTrack, Volvo Construction Equipment’s solution used to increase machine productivity. CareTrack is built on the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) and deployed both in Europe and in China. As a part of an industrialization effort we performed a major upgrade of the application platform, replaced the messaging subsystem (JBoss Messaging -> AMQ), introduced Continuous Integration based on Jenkins and refactored the release process to include Database changes, config changes and application changes in a consistent way.Technologies used: Jenkins, AMQ, JBoss EAP, Oracle, DNS, Maven, Puppet

Worked as a system administrator and handled everything from daily routine work to long term planning och development of the IT-environment for Chalmers student union. Chalmers student union offers a complete Windows environment (Windows domain with file share, DNS, DHCP, e-mail etc.). The union also offers a web hotel for committees and associations. The IT-team maintains everything from infrastructure (fiber, switches, firewall etc.) to applications (Exchange, SQL server etc.)Was technical project manager för the development of Chalmers student unions new website. The development started with a technical evaluation of both commercial (e.g. EpiServer) and open source based content management systems (CMS). ezPublish from ezSystems was chosen as the platform for development. The website was a success and is still run on the same solution with the only updates being content and design.
