David W. Boral is the Chief Executive Officer of D. Boral Capital and he founded the firm in May of 2020. In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, David ensures the company’s vision and strategy are being executed each day through the work of the D. Boral Capital team. As a leader at the firm, he believes that our team is the company’s best asset, and he is focused on helping them continue to grow to reach their goals and better serve our clients. Prior to founding D. Boral Capital, David held several leadership positions in Investment Banking and Capital Markets with over 17 years of experience leading and participating in transactions including IPOs, Secondaries/Follow-on Offerings, SPACs, PIPEs, Reverse Mergers, M&A, Bankruptcy/Restructurings, Cross Listings, and other private and public offerings in the US and abroad. D. Boral Capital is a global investment bank dedicated to providing strategic advice and financial solutions to middle market and emerging growth companies around the world. D. Boral Capital has aggregated over $23B in gross proceeds and completed more than 300 transactions across equity and debt since our inception in May of 2020.
