Embedded Senior Analyst/Consultant for large enterprise companies moving processes and procedures to Salesforce. Created and implemented internal process changes and statements of work for follow-on development teams. Advised internal executive team on workflow process redesign that cut down extensive backlog of over 500 issues to 76. Formulated internal project management procedures, return on investment process and prioritization. As implementation Project Manager, successfully completed 15 Salesforce projects over the course of 1 year with billable hours over $1.2 million. CRM Selection Project: Hired as a consultant to lead Massey through the process of reviewing all operational systems involved in Marketing, Customer Relations, Field Service, Invoicing and Billing with the goal of reducing 6 different systems into a single integrated platform. The project’s overall goals were to reduce complexity within operations, focus resources on the Customer Experience and reduce the number of employee hours required to use, manage and balance across different platforms. Lead the functionality documentation creation for all customer processes, request for proposals from vendors, coordinated discovery and created the demonstration road maps. Reported to the executive committee.Reviewed and analyzed over ten companies against companywide goals who were vying to replace current customer facing solutions. These companies included Oracle, Microsoft and Salesforce.com along with industry specific solutions. After discovery, demonstrations, user experience and field testing, recommended Salesforce.com as the solution of choice. Began the planning and implementation for the full suite of Salesforce.com products that cover Lead-to-Cash including Marketing, Sales, CPQ, Service, Field Service, IOT and Billing.Projected benefits to Massey Services over a 3-year full implementation included an increase in margin of 4.4%, estimated FTE reduction of 10% and an increase in revenue per employee of over 15%.UltiPro Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Project:Led the development and deployment of UltiPro Talent and Onboarding modules for Massey Residential and Commercial enterprises. Project accelerated the time to hire by 50%.Acquisition CRM systems:Managed acquired company CRM systems and processes from between 4 months and 1 ½ years while the integration of the acquired company proceeded. These included marketing, sales, field service and billing platforms.

Founded Anex Data, LLC, leveraging Nexon Technology operations and international import operations for the distribution of NAS Products in the U.S. through wholesale distribution channels. Managed inventory, production and shipping of NAS products originating in Taiwan and Korea. Created and managed U.S. pricing strategies.

Led six Retail and Institutional Units spanning key company revenue areas, including Option Services, Futures Group, Initial Public Offerings Group, Load Mutual Fund Sales, Client Tax Support and Services for Independent Advisors.Business lead for development of the Google IPO auction system. Wrote and led consults with internal and industry legal counsels on all client-facing processes around Google IPO and successfully launched system that allowed Schwab clients to buy shares. Managed $3.8 million IPO technology improvement project that moved client acceptance of automated channels from 30% to 98%. Project received the Schwab corporate wide Innovation of the Year Award for system development. This system reduced staffing required for IPO’s by over 90% and brought down total staffing to 6 employees for the entire Schwab retail organization from 72. Directed Schwab’s Retail Option and Futures client-facing trading teams in multiple locations. Partnered cross-functionally with marketing, trading and compliance to improve and sustain client satisfaction and capture future growth.Community Service leader for non-profit Schwab sponsored activities in the Central Florida area. Worked with A Gift For Teaching, Ronald McDonald House and Green-Up Orlando to coordinate Schwab’s yearly FERSTT Aid Day. Lead director for Schwab Investor Services 2006 and 2007 Tax season preparation. During a period of business growth, reviewed and redesigned client tax service model resulting in reduction of client tax calls by over 35,000 and internal transfers by 19,000, saving 50 FTEs. Created and directed tax training for over 4,000 client-facing employees.

Designed and managed the IPO business and control systems from inception. Commanded ongoing operational factors including budget, technology development, regulatory environment changes and relations with IPO partners.Created current industry standard for the Internet sales of IPOs. Gained SEC approval, which has withstood SEC and FINRA review for over 14 years.Pioneered the use of mass client email to communicate time-sensitive information saving Schwab considerable resources and improving client experience.

Responsible for new hire training and integration of more than 100 employees into the organization. Developed and implemented enterprise training programs around complex subject material, including margin calculations, advanced option trading, and hedging strategies.
