Responsible for a Commercial Department of 30, managing supply chain solutions to a number of blue chip aerospace customers (Responsibilities include strategic development and deployment, customer relationship management, departmental profitability, business development, contract negotiations, delivery perfromance, departmental budget, people development).

Responsible for pursuing and securing profitable new business in line with the company strategic objectives (Responsibilities included creation of pursuit plans, customer solution design, proposal documents and cost models and solution implementation)

I was based in Italy and led the integration of the newly acquired Italian business into UMECO Group
