With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, I am a seasoned executive sales and operations leader who drives growth and profitability for SelectQuote Insurance Services, the largest independent direct-to-consumer broker of life insurance in the United States. I currently oversee the life insurance division, leading a team of over 150 sales agents, associates and leaders across multiple locations and channels, and managing key relationships with insurance carriers and partners.My core competencies include contact center leadership, coaching, process improvement, and analytics; tool development, execution, and support; cross-functional, departmental project execution; and marketing planning, strategy, and execution.
