I am the co-founder and CEO of Method Communications, PRovoke Media's 2021 and 2016 Tech Agency of the Year Winner, with offices in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, and London. I began my PR career in Silicon Valley, where I held positions at Keynote Systems, Adobe and Edelman. Prior to Method, I served for nearly a decade as the vice president of communications for the Sorenson family and its portfolio of companies, a diverse group of 30+ organizations ranging from life sciences to high tech to real estate. There I worked directly for billionaire James LeVoy Sorenson (largest private shareholder of Abbott), who had exacting expectations and demanded that PR results move the needle in measurable ways — an experience that shaped my philosophy on results-oriented PR.When I started Method Communications in 2010, I knew I wanted to build a different kind of PR agency, one that puts meaningful results and true agency-client partnerships ahead of everything else. Because of the trust we’ve built with our clients, Method has built an incredible reputation, and our client roster has been built largely on referrals.
