In addition to this, I proactively established and maintained strong relationships with candidates and organizations to tap for future openings at Facebook.o I was responsible for sourcing a minimum of 60 candidates per week with a goal of getting those candidates to the offer stage, based on the current requisition load. Additionally, I was held to the metric of delivering 3-4 offer extends per quarter.o I was also selected for Facebook's Sourcer Development Program (SDP) for the class of 2017, which is designed for individuals interested in starting a technical sourcing career within the company.
