Recruited to develop, plan, and execute Grainger’s mobile application offering. Managed a cross functional team of 4 engineers, 2 testers, and 4 UX designers to develop Grainger’s first fully native iPad application.•Developed and released three versions of Grainger’s iPad eCommerce application in fewer than 11 months resulting in a new purchase channel for Grainger’s customers.•Introduced new mobile technology to Grainger’s eCommerce platform including geo-location, sensor based auto-reordering, and micro-location resulting in a number of intellectual property disclosures and new feature development.
