Content Management Platform (CMP) Project • Successfully delivered and integrated CMP into WO Programmatic TV and Radio Application. • Optimized delivery of creative content by implementing remote upload client, server-based transcoding and electronic delivery to stations. • Designed and developed front-end Single-Page Application using Sencha ExtJS. • Researched and contributed to overall system design and architecture. • Supervised and mentored team members throughout the project. • Handled all daily stand-ups and JIRA backlog to ensure project execution and completeness.

Project: Programmatic Buying System (2 years) • Developed and delivered first release of WO Programmatic TV DSP which was responsible for facilitating the sale of the first Super Bowl commercial programmatically. • Led development of proof of concept for newly defined front end utilizing a combination of Adobe Flex and Sencha ExtJS frameworks. • Researched and contributed to overall system design and architecture focused on single page application front end with robust REST API interfaces. • Gained program management skills through increased product design and management responsibilities.Projects: Sales and Mobile Sales Order App • Led development efforts around designing and prototyping a mobile sales order application using Adobe Flex and Cordova. • Led design and prototyping efforts of new and existing features and workflows using Adobe Flex. • Prototyped custom components and workflow to enhance usability for remote sales reps and sales customers.

SST Electronic Proofing (eProof) • Successfully delivered and installed eProof, in use by over 30,000 customers per year in Denmark. • Achieved savings of over $1M per year through reduced supplies, administration, mailing costs and customer claims. • Reduced FTE administration from 4 to 2 persons. • Recently converted application front end from Flex to JavaScript using AngularJS and Bootstrap. SST DisplayAd Management • Successfully delivered and installed SST which is used to produce over 250,000 display ads per year across multiple clients and locations. • Increased artist productivity 4-5x from producing 12-15 ads per day to upwards of 50 ads per day. Artist staff sizes reduced from 30 person team to 6. • Produced more than 15 modules with numerous integration projects for each installation. • Awarded Best in Class Display Ad Management product by both Denmark and Austria yellow page companies during there initial system review with Accenture.

myFinancialReflection Financial Planning App Project • Successfully built SaaS application that provided a 75% reduction in time spent with clients during the initial expense gathering and budgeting process. • Spearheaded complete product lifecycle from initial concept, design and system architecture through development, implementation and release. • Developed product through the use of Adobe Flex, Adobe ColdFusion and MySQL in a hosted environment.
