My role involves being the technical lead for visual communication opportunities, including complex and global project design for both immersive TelePresence and supporting video infrastructure with focus on Cisco, Polycom and Microsoft architectures. My role not only includes attending customer meetings and presenting technical designs but also includes technical proposal writing, work breakdown structures, bill of material configurations and becoming the trusted advisor within key strategic accounts. I strive to receive regular roadmap sessions with key manufacturers to assist in providing strategies to bring back to the business to shape our future go to market but also shape strategy roadmaps for our strategic accounts.
