David Brisco is a Member of Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation & Recovery Department where he has practiced since 2005. He earned his law degree, cum laude, in 2005 from Pepperdine University School of Law where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. David was voted into the 2014 and 2016 Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal and has also been selected as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Magazine for the years 2014-2020. David is co-host, with colleague Joe Rich, of the "Subro on the Go" podcast wherein they discuss recent trends in subrogation for the professional "on the go".
