Responsible Engineer (RE) for design of Construction Village Expansion camp - overseeing design review team and formal submittal and review of 1,500 documents. Finalised Plant site Permanent Buildings’ 4,500 as-built design documents. Compiled LNG Site requirements for blast overpressure and siting of temporary buildings prior to introduction of hydrocarbons to site. Subsequently developed execution strategy, obtained client approval, instructed and oversaw building relocation. Established register for 850+ temporary buildings using Jovix GPS asset management system. Developed and implemented project strategy for building code (NCC BCA) compliance following major change in state regulatory regime. Project interface for government regulatory agencies (Shire of Ashburton, Landcorp, Building Commission). Established work processes and provided technical and project guidance to project. Oversaw third party verification of project cyclone shelters to Australia/Queensland Design Guidelines for Public Cyclone Shelters. Responsible for final reconciliation of all Change Requests and Non-conformances into site maintenance manuals. Included arranging survey of all design changes, notifying CAD technician to update project model and recording in manual. £43m project.

Assisted with setting out, survey and as-builts of formwork and abutment works for pitched cantilever concrete box-girder bridge at Greenhithe, Auckland. Assisted with stressing tendons, QA of steel and concrete.

Panguru road rehabilitation - Project Manager – responsible for 15 men on $1.5m road rehabilitation: subsoil drains, post and panel walls, rock walls, gabion baskets, new culverts, new base and lime stabilisation. Put men to work, organised plant and materials, scheduling, remote accommodation and domestic staff.Whangarei asphalt crew - three months with a paving crew sealing carparks, tennis courts and roads. Also, painted asphalt plant, devised spreadsheet for operator to calculate stockpile volumes and worked with chip seal crew.Alexandra irrigation dam – Relief Project Manager – $1m earth dam with “Bentofix” aquatard.Gisborne road maintenance – Student Engineer – field and desk study for rural bridge replacement; cross sectional survey for road corner realignment; estimating, tender assessment; prep of various QA plans. Napier road construction – Student Engineer – site and desk survey of street reconstruction for extras claim, QA on highway corner pavement reconstruction, gabion basket construction.
