• Maintaining, configuring and installing PC hardware Including CPU installation (including thermal paste), RAM upgrade, Hard Drive Installation and configuration (including configuring mirrored disks) and installing.
• “Hands on” and theoretical experience in networking and delivering customer support whilst actively logging calls in a help desk environment.
• Creating technical help documents and providing technical support via e-mail.
• Installing and configuring roles on a server including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Print services and configuring group policies for Organizational Units.
