I work with CEO's, CRO's, CFO's, CMO and Sales Leaders who want to implement AI but aren't sure where to start and need an expert to guide them through the AI evaluation and strategy development process. Often, they are concerned because they're used to knowing what to do next. With AI being so new they're not quite sure what to do or who to trust. If you're dealing with this "AI" challenge but don't know where to start read my AI how to articles then let's set up some time to talk. I will quickly provide you with an overview of where to dig deeper and who may be able to assist you. Over the years the best run companies I saw were generally run by C's that still went out on sales calls, reviewed pipeline every day and had a good idea what the sales funnel really was vs. what the CRM said. Over time I have used Siebel, Salesforce, Zoho, Sugar, MS Dynamics etc., so many different CRM's but rarely did they support the sales process of the company I was working with. Enterprise CRM's take a huge amount of time, money, effort, training and they often still fail. That being said without a CRM most businesses are leaving revenue on the table - they must use a CRM - but which one?After many years I came across a CEO, that had exceeded a $1Billion sales quota and then decided to become a Software Programmer! He had just completed a 5 year research project with over 100 sales teams and 1,500 sales reps. He had broken the code of the top 4% of sales reps that sell 90% of company quotas. These best practice habits were then "coded" into the software so that every rep knew exactly what to focus on each and every day. No longer would the top reps have to spend 30 minutes planning at the end of every day what to do tomorrow - the system did it for them - with a list of action items already laid out like the secretary that no longer exists. I was sold! It wasn't just Sentia AI software - it was also their Kaizen based approach to sales enablement operations. They keep going back and improving the system and sales process - because they know sales isn't static its constantly changing and their software much change, adapt and support the sales team - or they won't use their CRM.I realize CRM's may not be very exciting to those outside of Sales Enablement.
