CurrentLead Technology Consultant for Collaboration and Communication. - Office 365 covering migration, co-existence and mobile device strategy as the Bank renews its digital offering to its employees to take advantage of new technologies, with a view to enhancing overall end to end experience.- Responsible for demerger activities from NAB covering the IBM Domino infrastructure covering email and application separation. Impact assess each phase to minimise user interaction whilst meeting legal requirements. Strong focus on cost efficiency.- Strong relationship with Strategy and Architecture and business teams with focus on mobile, O365 and customer communication strategies.- Led introduction of the Echoworx secure email system to the Bank to enable communications directly with customer, enabling the cutting product delivery from 20 days to 1 day. Involved in both technical and contract discussions and direction. Significant cost savings being realised as a result.- Led the introduction of new communications system that is utilised by Enterprise Communications team to provide rich formatted email communications to all bank employees.
