I have been involved in the implementation and development of a new organisational safety management system, risk assessments and audit scheduling, and am currently involved in the day to day running of this system. I am regularly involved in preparation of H & S Documentation including Safety Statement, Risk Assessments and regularly carrying out OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 audits.I am the Trained Fetec Level 6 company Manual Handling Instructor, and I have recently received training in ISO 50001 implementation and Lead Auditor.I am also company Safety Representative. During my role as Maintenance Technician, I was involved in daily execution of preventative maintenance in accordance with Pemac Preventative Management System. I was continually maintaining and ensuring the effective and efficient performance of all Port of Cork cargo handling equipment, facilities, systems to the highest engineering standard. Electrical system fault finding. I am an ESB trained in operation and maintenance of High Voltage Power Systems.
