I am currently a resident physician at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the Department of Pathology. In addition to my clinical duties, I have a strong interest in the medical applications of 3D printing. Before starting my residency, I worked as a 3D printing technical specialist for a small engineering firm in Huntsville, AL where I learned about different 3D printing methods and techniques and their potential applications in medicine. I look forward to continuing my clinical career, bringing with me this unique multidisciplinary experience to the practice of medicine.
