CurrentIn this role, I've been leveraging my personal strengths in defining the organization's long-term vision and creating compelling narratives for which individual domain teams can sponsor and deliver to plan. A majority of this space includes B2B SaaS solutions for identifying, analyzing and reporting on compliance & risk posture.Apart from continuous product development, some key focus areas include establishment of both an organizational GRC Strategy and a Rhythm of Business.I'm leading the establishment of a GRC Strategy which includes designing and implementing a unified platform for which all internal teams can perform systemic compliance/risk assessments. Additionally, this strategy includes implementing a full suite of metrics that can inform product direction and support internal/external auditing practices.This second area of focus has been establishing a Rhythm of Business (RoB), in which all teams of various disciplines (product, architecture, engineering) can properly execute together by modeling our strategic lifecycle, proper work hygiene and indicating solutions for conflict resolution.Notable accomplishments in this space:* Saved the business $250K in expenditures by exposing duplicative development outcomes* Established strategic development hygiene to reduce operating costs and promote data-driven development* Established a metrics development plan to deliver systemic insights to 1). Development teams, 2.) Leadership teams, and finally to 3.) Board and shareholders
