By combining the user experience and business perspective I oversee all product design initiatives cross-platform at Bruce.

At Bruce, I use my service design and UX background to lead the development of new user experiences across all Bruce products and services.

Lead UX & Service designer. Working in projects with clients both within the private sector and government municipalities, I analysed key insights from user research to develop product concepts and strategies.

Through a range of customer research methods I design solutions for various customer centric services in our society. Key responsibilities include:• Conduct user interviews and generate insights • Translate user research findings into design requirements• Develop user stories, task analysis, navigational workflows, low + high fidelity mock-ups

As a service designer I worked in this agile, highly collaborative consultancy dedicated to improving customer-facing services in our society.

Develop usable and visually pleasing digital interfaces for clients within automotive and financial services. Key areas were wireframing, low + high fidelity mockups and visual design.

Research project in which the aim was to develop a paper lid for paper cups. Main focus was to conduct a series of material tests to gain insight in material properties and then apply suitable manufacturing techniques.

I worked on projects concerning design and development of indoor sport equipment and led a project concerning material selection of a component in an industrial manufacturing application. During my time as head of the marketing group I initiated and oversaw a major overhaul of CTK’s homepage.

Key projects involved extensive market research and concept development of different home appliances for a large global electronics manufacturer. I was also given responsibility to lead a client project regarding development of clothing racks and storage units.

During my time in the Swedish Military Service I gained valuable leadership and teamwork lessons. I also underwent theoretical and practical training in emergency healthcare.
