David has spent the last 14 plus years managing and overseeing Indirect/Direct wireless dealers within a territory. He successfully maintained a consultative relationship with the owners, managers, and team members in his district. Through leading and goal-setting strategy, he efficiently coached those around him, to implement best practices for marketing and merchandising, while ensuring they were in compliance with guidelines. He believes in making others successful. He continually developed sales plans, budgets, and measurable goals that focused on improving the quality and quantity of production. This tenacious attitude came with rewards, he achieved number one territory in the region for top metrics two years in a row, winning him “Captain’s Club, various sales contests and two cruises to the Caribbean.He has worn many hats in his career – owner/operator of four wireless stores in Northern California, leader, manager, marketer, trainer, strategist, public speaker, and researcher. Currently he is serving as Vice Chair of the Board and Chairman of the HR committee for a Non-Profit. As a result, he has a unique ability to manage multiple challenging projects, and to navigate through complex challenges in these ever-changing times.
