In this role I led the head office finance team and group IT function through very challenging times going into administration and bankruptcy.

Generated deal flow, direct and through intermediaries. Responsible for due diligence. Negotiated and presented acquisitions to main board. Member of the acquisition integration team.

This role, for Mayflower (US Holdings) Inc. was based in Detroit and North Carolina, USA with a main board director. Responsible for overseeing the US division plus actively seeking further acquisitions. This was the holding company for $500m revenue US division operating on five sites plus two joint ventures.

Part of finance team responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions and due diligence.Also responsible for group budgeting process and all capital expenditure approvals.

This role, with Mayflower Vehicle Systems plc. I was responsible for managing all financial functions for this autonomous subsidiary £50m revenue UK subsidiary of Mayflower making body panels for the automotive industry. Responsibility also included Purchasing and HR functions with a total of 45 staff.

This company was an Independent Financial Advisory firm with £2m revenue UK business. It became a subsidiary of the company that evolved to become The Mayflower Corporation plc.
